  They tried charging me $10 to cash one of their own checks! I said to them, "do you think your client is going to be happy that you're charging their employees such a steep fee to cash their paychecks, using money that is verifiable because it is one of your own accounts?". They did nothing for me, no sorry about that, nothing. I understand most banks do some fee but it does not make it acceptable, and many will offer to waive the fee given like circumstances. You could've been the bank that stood out from the rest, but instead you get one star.
