  This was a wonderful apartment while we stayed there. We never had any trouble with the apartment or staff. The amenities at Artisan are great, and the apartment was much nicer than most other similarly priced apartments in the area. Great area. However, the renewal rate was 13.7% higher than the rate at which we signed. I really regret to write this review, because the experience was pleasant. But the move-out was not. They attempted to charge us $75 for not returning our keys and fobs (even though we did). They also charge a pesky $5 fee just to pay your final utility bill after you have moved out. Lame. All in all, it was a nice place and we enjoyed it while we lived there. But move-out was a pain.

  So far loving everything about the community and it's proximity to work. Quiet area and great neighborhood to walk in day or night. Staff is friendly and the maintenance staff is very responsive.
