  Living at 506 N Buchanan was the best apartment experience we’ve had. Anytime anything went wrong in the apartment, management sent someone almost immediately to fix the problem. Management was incredibly friendly. Our apartment was clean, spacious, and incredibly well maintained. We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Trinity Properties. AND they charged a very fair rental price. If you can snag a rental from them, you will not regret it. The only reason we left is because I got a new job and had to leave Durham. Loved this place!!!

  I only put five stars because they don't let you put six. These people are great landlords. They are people who treat you like a person. Due to a series of errors, our AC did not get repaired in a timely fashion. When I pointed out the error, I had an e-mail in my inbox before I had made breakfast apologizing for the situation, along with a promise the AC would be fixed before I got home. The AC was not fixed. It was REPLACED!!! They had replaced our AC unit when they could have kicked the can a little further down the road. Clearly I'm gushing about a recent situation. However, I also find the apartments to be fantastic, the locations great, the rents reasonable, and the amenities above what I expected. Even before now, I was pretty satisfied living here. Now I am VERY happy to be living here. I'll move out some day, but I will be very sad to go. UPDATE - I have now lived here for one year and I'm just as happy with them now as the first time I posted this. Renewed the lease without thinking twice about it. I would recommend living here to ANYONE! Great spot for a great price with great landlords. UPDATE - Still feel the same. Attentive staff. Good location. Good price. We'll need to move soon because this space is too small for our growing family, but I will be sad to go. It's a good place.
