    Back in June, I went into this location and asked them to turn my auto draft off since I was just laid off. So from June to September, I was calling THEM to pay my insurance. September 1st, I called to make a payment with my SECU card like I had been doing since JUNE. September 19 I called to make a payment & they tell me it's already been paid. HOW! if I'm calling you to pay it?? I check one of my bank accounts that I no longer use only to find out that they had drafted the money out of my account. HOW?! WHY?! If I've been calling YOU to make a payment WITH A WHOLE NEW ACCOUNT! PLEASE! Tell me HOW the system would "trigger the auto payment on that account" (as they told me.) To me, it sounds like they authorized my account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Then Iybeth proceeds to tell me that in order to stop auto draft, that I have to start a new policy & a put down a new down payment. WHY WAS THIS NOT EXPLAINED TO ME THE FIRST TIME?!????? I'm currently in the process of finding a new company because I refuse to deal with something like this. Save yourself the stress, headache & possibly unauthorized usage of your bank account. I genuinely wish that I would have.

    I got insurance through Tracey's office. After a year, I bought a condo and tried to change my insurance to a new policy to cover the condo. I got a quote, but when I needed to change some details, her office was non-responsive. I also tried to close out my old policy because I was moving, but they never contacted me back for that, either. I have tried to contact them at least 10 times over a month-long period and have had no luck.
